“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
My work is about helping you come alive—mind, body, and spirit.
As a multi-faceted guide—a clinical psychologist, executive coach, psychedelic therapist, and empathetic truth-teller, I merge intellectual rigor with emotional transparency to help you reconnect with yourself, others, and a larger sense of meaning and direction.
My approach draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and evidence-based tools. You’ll find a deep well of compassion, balanced by practical strategies for forging connections, reframing setbacks, and moving forward, centered in your strengths and purpose.
Together, we’ll reclaim your vitality and vision so you can follow your flow. You’ll clarify your values so that you can live in a way that’s aligned with your meaning and direction. While the healing and growth process is individual and unique, the end result I’m committed to is helping you feel truly, deeply, unambiguously, and gloriously alive.
The next stage of your evolution isn’t about doing more. It’s about seeing more clearly—so that when you act, it’s from a place of deep alignment.
No two journeys look the same. That’s why I offer multiple ways to work together—from psychotherapy and coaching to ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic integration. Many of my clients dip into each of these services at different times, because life isn’t neat and tidy. We’ll start wherever you are.
Whether you’re seeking healing, insight, or growth, whether you’re most concerned with your business or your personal life, you’ll find an approach that honors your whole self.
Therapy that honors your whole self—mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll untangle old patterns, lift anxiety or trauma, and reconnect you with clarity, ease, and joy.
Lead with focus, balance, and presence. My integrative approach blends strategy, psychology, and mindfulness so you can thrive in your work and your life.
A safe, legal, evidence-based approach to healing depression, trauma, and anxiety. KAP combines medicine, therapy, and integration to help you reset patterns, develop new perspectives, and reconnect with wholeness.
Powerful journeys can leave you inspired, unsettled, or unsure how to move forward. Integration helps transform those experiences into understanding, resilience, and sustainable growth.
If you see yourself here, know that you’re not alone. Let’s work it through together.
Let’s be real: credentials matter, but connection matters more.
Here’s the street cred: I’m a clinical psychologist, business coach, and psychedelic therapist with decades of experience helping high-achievers navigate transition, healing, and growth. I’m a professor at Northwestern University’s medical school, the founder of an international consulting firm, and I’m certified in interventions ranging from Internal Family Systems to somatic processing to expanded states exploration (mindfulness, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and spirituality).
But here’s what really matters: all of you is welcome here—the polished parts, the messy parts, even the ones you usually hide. My work blends science, psyche, and soul, psychotherapy and coaching, ancient wisdom and modern evidence. You don’t have to choose between success and fulfillment, logic and intuition, or ambition and inner peace. With equal parts warmth and candor (and a dash of humor), we’ll work through it all together. There will be tough love—served with respect and care.
If you’re looking for a guide who can hold both the big picture of your life and the tender details, you’re in the right place.
There is a vitality, a lifeforce, an energy, a quickening, that is translated through you into action. And because there is only one you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium … You do not have to believe in yourself or your work. You have to keep open and aware, directly to the urges that motivate you. Keep the channel open.
